Enjoy an exquisite four-course menu, complete with wine pairings, prepared by Chef Alex Chen and Executive Chef Derek Bendig. Spotlighting the freshest local, seasonal ingredients sourced from the bountiful land and sea of the west coast, this is the ultimate celebration of a Canadian Summer.

  • Immerse yourself in the picturesque sights and sounds of Whistler Village at The Range at Whistler Golf Club, just steps from the restaurant.

  • Begin your experience with a selection of canapés, Perrier-Jouët champagne, and refreshing summer cocktails.

  • Enjoy an exquisite four-course menu created by Chef Alex Chen and Executive Chef Derek Bendig, featuring the freshest local, seasonal ingredients.

  • Each course is expertly paired with wine selections from Wild Blue's esteemed winery partners.

  • Zero-proof cocktail pairings are available, curated by Wild Blue’s Bar Manager Zack Lavoie.
