WHISTLER, BC (October 1, 2024) — Wild Blue Restaurant + Bar is excited to announce its participation in Whistler’s renowned annual food and wine festival, Cornucopia. This year’s event, running from November 7-17, will see Wild Blue host a series of intimate winemaker dinners in their private dining room, featuring some of the finest wineries in British Columbia.
Recognizing the challenges the industry has endured in recent years, Wild Blue is honoured to showcase the resilience of the selected wineries and their unwavering commitment to excellence. Under the expert direction of Wine Director Kathryn Woods, Wild Blue will present three exclusive winemaker dinners, each showcasing exceptional wines paired with meticulously crafted menus. Executive Chef Derek Bendig, along with Chef de Cuisine Jasper Cruickshank, will prepare a multi-course dining experience designed to complement each winery’s distinctive offerings.
