Join us for an unforgettable evening of fine dining and Spanish wine at Wild Blue Restaurant + Bar’s exclusive Faustino Winemaker’s Dinner on March 17, 2025. This one-night-only event, held in our intimate private dining room, will feature a multi-course menu crafted by Executive Chef Derek Bendig, perfectly paired with exceptional Spanish wines selected by Wine Director Kathryn Woods.
Renowned Spanish wine expert Marina Eito Jiménez, an ambassador for Grupo de Bodegas Familia Martínez Zabala, will guide guests through a curated selection of wines from Rioja DOCa, Ribera del Duero DO, Rías Baixas DO, and Rueda DO. With over a decade of experience in the industry, Marina brings a global perspective to this exclusive dining experience.
This exclusive winemaker’s dinner promises an evening of exceptional wines, culinary artistry, and engaging storytelling from one of Spain’s foremost wine professionals.
Guests will be welcomed at 6:00 PM with a reception featuring Faustino Art Collection, Cava, Brut Reserve, paired with an amuse bouche. The evening’s thoughtfully curated courses will highlight the depth and complexity of Spain’s most celebrated wines:
Course 1: Faustino Art Collection, Viura/Chardonnay Blend, Rioja, 2023
Course 2: Faustino Art Collection, Red Crianza, Rioja, 2021
Course 3: A side-by-side tasting of Faustino Gran Reserva, Rioja, 2005 & Faustino Gran Reserva, Rioja, 1964
Dessert: Portia Roble, Ribera del Duero, Spain (Vintage TBD)
