Back for its third consecutive year, Wild Blue Restaurant + bar is pleased to announce the return of the Long Table Dinner Series, held on two nights, Sunday July 20 and Sunday August 10, 2025.

These evenings promise an unforgettable al fresco dining experience surrounded by stunning mountain scenery in the heart of Whistler Village. Enjoy an exquisite four-course menu, complete with wine pairings, prepared by Chef Alex Chen and Executive Chef Derek Bendig. Spotlighting the freshest local, seasonal ingredients sourced from the bountiful land and sea of the west coast, this is the ultimate celebration of a Canadian Summer.


What to Expect:

  • Begin your evening with a cocktail reception at Wild Blue Restaurant + Bar

  • Immerse yourself in the picturesque sights and sounds of Whistler Village at The Range at Whistler Golf Club, just steps from the restaurant.

  • Enjoy an exquisite four-course menu created by Chef Alex Chen and Executive Chef Derek Bendig, featuring the freshest local, seasonal ingredients

A portion of proceeds will support the Whistler Blackcomb Foundation.
